About PowerOps
It's not the leads. It's what happens after they arrive. Now we build the system that fixes it.
The realisation
I started on the sales floor at 18. By 21 I was the top-performing BDM in my region, carrying the number at a loan company in one of the most heavily regulated corners of UK finance. That's where the lesson started, and I've spent the two decades since watching it prove true in every business I've touched.
They have a follow-up problem.
They spend real money getting people to raise their hand, and then those people sit in a spreadsheet, or a CRM, or a salesperson's inbox, slowly going cold. The lead that took £40 to generate never gets called back fast enough. The prospect who booked a meeting doesn't show, and nobody chases them. The quote goes out and goes quiet. The enquiry from six weeks ago gets written off as dead.
None of that is a marketing problem. It's a process problem. And in 2026, with the tools finally good enough to do it properly, process problems have a fix.
The track record
I learned it carrying the number myself, for 20 years, across some of the hardest markets to sell in.
Millions of pounds in new business revenue, personally generated over my career. Not managed. Generated.
Built a digital marketing agency from a three-person lockdown startup into an international operation, managing hundreds of thousands a month in client ad spend across financial services.
Rebuilt underperforming sales divisions from the ground up, again and again. Took one from £12,000 to £80,000 a month in six months.
Twenty years in finance, investment, and pharmaceuticals. If a pipeline can be made to convert there, it can be made to convert anywhere.
I've built the teams. I've written the scripts. I've managed the ad spend, designed the funnels, and personally closed the business at the end of them. There isn't a part of the commercial cycle I haven't run.
What we're doing right now
It's running today, across multiple businesses, and it produces the same result every time.
Qualified introductions, every day.
Take one live campaign. It delivers 15 qualified introductions a day and turns them into 250+ closed deals from roughly 325 introductions. That's not pipeline sitting in a dashboard. That's closed business, and the machine is still running as you read this.
Then we do it again, in the next business, and the numbers hold. Different sector, same discipline, same outcome: leads that used to leak away now close. Because anyone can generate an introduction. The money is in what happens next — the speed, the follow-up, the re-engagement, the refusal to let a single paid-for lead die quietly. That's the discipline I spent 20 years building, and it's what PowerOps now installs into a business as a system.
Why PowerOps exists
For most of my career, that discipline lived in my head and in the teams I trained. It depended on a great operator being in the room.
PowerOps takes it out of my head and turns it into a system — one that runs whether or not anyone remembers to chase the lead. Speed-to-lead that fires in seconds, not hours. Follow-up that never forgets. Re-activation that goes back through the leads you already paid for and pulls the deals nobody else bothered to chase.
We're not an automation company that happens to know a bit about sales. We're sales operators who spent 20 years learning exactly where the money leaks out of a pipeline.
That's the difference. Most people selling you automation have never carried a sales target in their life. I've carried one for two decades. We know where your revenue is leaking, because we've stood in the exact spot it leaks from, and we know precisely how to stop it.
Get started
The Revenue Recovery Audit is where it starts. We map every leak in your pipeline, put a real figure on each one, and show you exactly what we'd fix first — the same diagnostic I've run for 20 years.
It's $1,500, and every penny is credited against your build if you go ahead. Fix what we find, and the audit costs you nothing.
